When the vibration rate of one’s conscious awareness is in close proximity with another vibration rate in consciousness, that other vibration rate manifests as a tangible reality via vibration rate resonance, AKA frequency synchronicity. One’s reality changes with each change in the vibration rate of one’s conscious awareness. Example: The different vibration rates of the sleep and awakened state of conscious awareness create different reality environs -- different dimensions of reality. If planet Earth did not rotate, there would be no mental concept basis for such a thing as a 24 hour "time" measurement on planet Earth. Time on Planet Earth is based solely upon the mental concept of how long it takes for the earth to rotate through one day/night cycle of rotation. The duration speed of planet Earth rotation time does not apply to other planets or other "time" orders based upon other cosmic duration principles. From a cosmic viewpoint, earth "time" is a linear rational mind illusionary mental concept that does not apply throughout the cosmos. From a cosmic framework of reference, past, present and future time exists simultaneously in each eternal now moment. All time is one time in the eternal now moment. Vibrations for the year 1999 exist in each universal now moment. Likewise, vibrations for the year 2006 also exist elsewhere in each universal now moment. We are not now aware of living in the different frequency rate realities of 1999 and 2006 because we are vibrating at different, present time, universal now 2005 moments in consciousness. How can this be so? This can be so because duration time-wise, vibration-wise and otherwise, our reality environs in consciousness, where we synchronize to locate, are in time duration areas of universal consciousness wherein our vibration rates resonate. Vibration-wise, we resonate to locate to gather together like "birds of a feather". The bottom line bedrock basis for time travel and reality location in universal consciousness is: unity vibration synchronization (resonance). Different time duration dimensions vibrate at different vibration rates just as the Fire Force Aries, Red, Middle C, Positive Radiance Proton vibration rate dimension of 16.352 cycles/second, associated with the sense of sight, has a different vibration rate than the Earth Force Capricorn, Purple Note A Radiant Ground Atom Vibration rate dimension of 440 cycles/second, associated with the sense of smell. Using the Piano keyboard to exemplify the vibrant structure of the material universe, music note C and music note A dimensions have different material locations and different frequency rates in Universal Consciousness. Each of the music note vibration rates (dimensions) differ from any other music note vibration rate (dimension) and all of the music note dimensions appear simultaneously each moment to completely manifest the piano keyboard. The same is true for the keyboard of an Organ or an Accordion, existing elsewhere in, and as, manifestations in, and of, universal consciousness via creative action of Creative Forces Vibrations. Each vibration of each creative force action is recorded each eternal now moment to become part of the Akashic Memory Record of Universal Consciousness. Access to the complete Akashic Record of all creative action is possible each eternal now moment. Each eternal now moment occurs as a push/pull reflection pulsation rate of Universal Consciousness at a 49th octave of Light carrier frequency in the vibration rate spectrum range of 4 quadrillion times/second. 4 quadrillion is 4 followed by 15 zeros. The eternal now moment duration time of 4 quadrillion times per second is far faster than our 3rd dimension time duration moment of 60 cycles per second. Thus, many future Earth probabilities already exist in Universal Consciousness, including, and far beyond, the year of the Earth -- 2006. Consciousness is created, manifested, sustained and maintained by the back and forth 4 quadrillion times/second reflecting pulsation rate between the Material and Spirit (anti-material) Universes. As Solomon is purported to have said: "There’s nothing new under the sun". Everything that enters awareness here in our slow motion 3rd and 4th dimension is already as a past condition elsewhere in Universal Consciousness. Since it has often been said that "many have been able to see the universe in a grain of sand", perhaps we can see some aspects of it in the form of a TV set. Imagine the material universe as being your TV and you as being the remote control operator. You can use your power of free will choice to select any dimension (vibration rate channel) you desire to hear, view and experience for your reality entertainment because this TV universe is your toy to enjoy. The pre-programmed reality you witness and experience will change every time you select and attune the frequency (vibration rate) to a different channel ( universe dimension) of your TV universe. COSMIC TIME never changes but is apparently ever-changing , because TIME is the TV screen. What changes, moment to moment on the cosmic screen of TIME is what has been pre-recorded to appear there according to your free will selection. If you do not desire to attune to many of the countless channels on your Cosmic TV, you will never see, view or experience what has been pre-recorded there upon the Universal Akashic Memory Record for vibration rate playback for you to witness and experience. Why choose to view the same channel, the same limited 3rd dimension program reality, throughout an entire lifetime? One may select
a history channel depicting the Civil War, or one portraying the
USA moon landing, or current day news. Times change with desired
and intended vibration rate attunement. Past, present and future
Akashic Record ‘times" are places in universal consciousness
each can attune to resonate with and travel to via consciousness.
This is currently being done by psychics, by dreams, meditation,
imagination, out-of-body and near death experiences, hypnosis, directed
trance travel, sleep, remote viewing and those ascending masters
presently engaged in raising their individual gestalt vibration
rate to 5th dimension vibration rate energy levels in Universal
Consciousness.
