Is
it true many tarot readings have little or no value?
|
Most Tarot Card
readers have only a mundane working knowledge about what the Tarot
cards
really mean. They rely solely upon the limited assumption, and partially
erroneous entertainment
instructions that come with the tarot deck. How can anyone expect
to receive a
reliable tarot reading from a tarot reader that cannot correctly
comprehend the meaning of the
tarot cards? Take the MAGICIAN card for example, which most will
interpret as pertaining to
the querent, if male, but not if female, to skill and self confidence
(which may or may not apply),
to such erroneous meanings as sickness, pain and disaster, and if
the card happens to
be upside down, to disgrace and mental disorders. To this, their
wildly soaring imaginations may
add such information as: a man will enter your life and perform
miraculous things to make all
your dreams come true.
The RIDER symbology
of the MAGICIAN Tarot card clearly indicates a totally different
meaning.
The MAGICIAN is pictured in a garden with his tools and a golden
light is shining upon
his garden, symbolizing the light of his high divine self overlooking
the garden. One's conscious
mind is the MAGICIAN, the middle self, the gardener, the guardian
of the garden of consciousness
where the magician grows his fruit. The tree symbolizes the staff
of life in the garden,
the trunk being the conscious part that sinks its roots into the
dark subconscious vibration
levels of the garden and leaves of the tree symbolize its expression
in consciousness.The
flowers, vines and thistles signify tangles and knots (demons, complexes)
blocking creative
energy flow passage in the Magicians garden of consciousness.
The outside of
the Magician's cup signifies the conscious mind and the inside symbolizes
the subconscious
mind, the low self, the container of the "waters of life"
(mana, magnetism's). The sword denotes the discerning qualities
of the conscious mind that trim, cut and clear complexes, fixations,
guilts, fears and hostilities that block constructive creative force
energy flow and contaminate the subconscious mind. The pentacle
(disk) represents the reward the magician receives as fruit for
labors performed, and, on a mundane vibration level, making money.
The Magician has a close relationship with the HIGH PRIESTESS, who
symbolizes the unadulterated virgin soil in which the garden of
consciousness is planted, the purified subconscious mind, wherein
thoughtform seeds of the conscious mind MAGICIAN may be implanted
to grow without any adverse complexes, fixations or hangups of the
subconscious mind.
The sperm of the male is shaped like a tiny serpent, a seed, a thoughtform
seed. The rod or The sperm of the male is shaped like a tiny serpent,
a seed, a thoughtform seed. The rod or wand of the MAGICIAN (conscious
mind) implants thoughtform seeds to impregnate the fertile soil
of the High Priestess (subconscious mind) to be watered, nurtured
and grow into a creative action until it brings forth its fruit,
or offspring into material manifestation. That given birth in consciousness
is not necessarily confined to physical human beings or whether
one is going to have a romantic relationship, fame, new career or
monetary good fortune as the result of a pending date for the upcoming
weekend.
The sign of infinity above the Magicians head indicates the infinite
creative powers of the conscious mind. The Magician has twisted
the natural circle cycle into a figure 8, whereby the creative force
action moving in one direction of flow in a circle is now in the
form of a 2 - circle cross, whereby the flow of the creative force
vibrations in the one circle is counterclockwise and the flow in
the other circle is clockwise. When the flowing vibration rates
of the radiant and magnetic creative forces come into crosscurrents
with one another at the central crossover point, a new offshoot
vibration rate is created in consciousness as a form of alchemy,
or magic - via CREATIVE FORCE VIBRATIONS created and directed by
the conscious mind - the MAGICIAN. Thus the vibration rate and light
or dark force spirit nature of one's thoughts are implanted in the
subconscious mind to sprout and grow forth as fruit in the form
of living realities in one's garden of consciousness. One does reap
according to the thoughtform seed one sows.
